SZR660 stainless steel race exhaust system

One set of 304 stainless steel exhaust headers and link pipe to fit the Yamaha SZR660.

The headers are 1.5" (38.1mm) outer diameter and the link pipe is 2" (50.8mm) to fit any 2" slip-on exhaust silencer of your choice. The silencer isn't included, just the large bore headers and link pipe. The pictures show our project SZR fitted with a 2" slip-on that was meant for a 1995 FZR600, so any 2" silencer (round or oval) will work with the system.

The system is made here in the UK and the design is exclusive to us.

The system is pictured fitted to our SZR project race bike which has a different swingarm fitted but the exhaust system works with a standard SZR fitted with all of the standard parts- we made sure of that before we went ahead with the design.

The system is modular, comprising of the headers, which are a slip fit in the collector, which is itself a slip fit in the link pipe. Each part is replaceable individually should you drop the bike and need replacement parts. Needless to say, the system is much lighter than the standard parts. Our headers weigh around 2.2kg, including springs.
